Thanks for considering ICE for your NPDES storm water monitoring and management needs. ICE offers a variety of services to assist developers and/or builders in meeting the state and local requirements of the NPDES storm water permit.

ICE is a Storm Water Management and Consulting company. The principle managers of the company have experience in Land Development, Construction and Erosion Control Installation and Management.

ICE DESIGN Inc.

Assisting in the filing of the Notice of Intent and Notice of Termination.
Performance of daily, weekly and post rain inspections by certified inspectors.
Compilation and distribution of inspection and inspection reports to the corporate office and field locations on a weekly and monthly basis as applicable.
Compilation and distribution of end of month CD to corporate office.
File maintenance of inspections and inspection reports in house for three year period following NOI as required by NPDES permit.
Obtaining, analyzing and reporting site samples as required.
Compilation and maintenance of inspections and other information in Site Storm Water Notebook as required.
Coordination of information regarding inspection and monitoring to the property owner and/or the designated installation and maintenance companies. (Digital photos of BMP deficiencies may be provided).
Inspections can be uploaded onto the ICE Design web site to allow the customer (who is assigned a secure login and password) to view "up to the minute" information regarding their development/contruction site from anywhere in the world.
